Description
C57BL/6 mice adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes are nanoscale extracellular vesicles (40-160 nm in diameter) secreted by adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AD-MSCs) isolated from the C57BL/6 inbred mouse strain. These exosomes are generated through the endosomal pathway and released upon fusion of multivesicular bodies with the plasma membrane, serving as crucial mediators of intercellular communication in both physiological and pathological processes.
