Description
C57BL/6 mice bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes are nanoscale extracellular vesicles (30-150 nm) secreted by bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) isolated from the widely used C57BL/6 inbred mouse strain. These exosomes are formed as intraluminal vesicles within multivesicular bodies and are released into the extracellular space to facilitate intercellular communication.
