Description
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a lipophilic antioxidant with poor water solubility. It is complexed with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) to form a water-soluble complex. The CoQ10–HPβCD complex prepared using trituration technique at a 2:1 ratio demonstrated superior water solubility.
