Description
Liposomal Folic Acid is a high-absorption nutritional raw material encapsulated in a phospholipid bilayer using nano-liposome technology. It overcomes the poor water solubility of ordinary folic acid and low absorption rates
Stability and Storage Conditions
Store in a sealed, cool, dry, dark place; shelf life 24 months; at least 3 years in dry place at room temperature.
Solubility
Good water dispersibility, forms uniform suspension; cannot be dispersed in water (microencapsulated form).

Applications
Enrichment of food in dry preparations and low water content products: baked goods, cereals, nutritional bars, powdered beverages, soups, baby formulas.
