Description
SD rat adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes are nanoscale extracellular vesicles (typically 40-160 nm in diameter) secreted by adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AD-MSCs) isolated from Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. These exosomes are generated within the endosomal system as intraluminal vesicles of multivesicular bodies (MVBs) and are subsequently released into the extracellular milieu upon fusion of MVBs with the plasma membrane.
