Description
SD rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes are nanoscale extracellular vesicles (typically 30-150 nm in diameter) secreted by bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) isolated from Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. These exosomes are enriched within multivesicular bodies and released into the extracellular space upon fusion with the plasma membrane.
