Source and Preparation
Soluble starch uses starch as raw material and can be prepared by semi-dry method combined with acid enzyme. Or use high-pressure spray gelatinization and then spray drying, heat treatment in alcohol solution, alcohol alkaline solution treatment, and polyol treatment to prepare cold water-soluble starch.
