  • Topical skin pain relief spray production process

However, due to the different nature of the active ingredients of the drug, specific solvents and other additives have to be selected for the preparation of solution sprays, emulsion sprays or suspension sprays, and suitable excipients can make the drug work well.

If made into a spray without projectile gas, it is composed of a manual pump (or valve system) and a bottle. The valve system can be a quantitative valve system or a non-quantitative valve system, and the basic components of the valve system are a basic pump, a threaded cap, an immersion tube, a gasket, a push button, a spray head, an integrated nebulizer and a protective cover. The process flow is as follows: raw liquid production - bottle management - filling - valve on - cap rubbing - labeling - coding - packing.

If it is made into aerosol containing projectile, it consists of aerosol can (iron or aluminum can), valve, projectile gas, nozzle and outer cap. The valve is composed of valve cup, valve chamber, valve stem, inner washer, outer washer, spring in with a suction tube, button to form a set of valves. The commonly used projectile gases are LPG (propane, butane), dimethyl ether, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, Freon, tetrafluoroethane, etc. The suitable projectile gases are selected according to the characteristics of the products. The process flow is as follows: original liquid production - bottle management - liquid filling - on valve - sealing - filling with projectile gas - weighing - water inspection - buckle nozzle - buckle outer cap - packing, etc.
